Cancellations:

Free cancellation is only possible for a valid reason:
• Illness, death or accident
• Illness, death or accident with danger to life or hospitalization (minimum 48 hours) of a life partner or family member up to the second degree requiring your presence.

In all other situations:

• less then 4 weeks: 10%
• 3 weeks: 20%
• 2 weeks: 30%
• 1 week or less: 80%
